General FAQs:

How Can I get services from MC Telecoms?

It is easy by simply signing up for one of our services on our website; you will be required to fill out some information. Once this step is completed, you are automatically signed up for the selected service.

How do I register with MC Telecoms?

To join MC Telecoms or register for a service, simply click on MY ACCOUNT tab on the home page and you be redirected to our sign up form. Visit our website www.mctelecoms.com or www.mctelecoms.ca to register for one of our services. Once you have signed up, you will get an email and SMS notification to confirm your registration. Please note that we send SMS notifications to mobile phones only.

Do I have to create an account to use MC Telecoms service?

Yes, you need to have an account with MC Telecoms to use the service. By creating an account with MC Telecoms you will have access to a wide range of calling feature that we offer.

How do I retrieve my password?

In the event that you forget your password, you can use our forgotten password link located on MY ACCOUNT tab to retrieve your password or you may contact our client services help line or email us directly at support@multiservconcept.com. Please keep in mind that you may be asked some verification questions by our support guru's.

Will I get a refund if I cancel my any of my service?

Yes, we refund all payments for phone plans only in full. We provide a 30 days service guarantee. If you are not happy with the service, we sincerely apologizes and would provide a full refunds 30 days within sign up for any of our services

Why is my account suspended?

There are various reasons why your account can be suspended. Common reasons could be our fraud detection system detects an unusual activity on your account. Our system is programmed to suspend any unusual activities noticed on our clients account. Other reasons could be when you sign up on line as a new client; our system automatically put your account in a temporary suspension mode until your account is verified by our fraud expert. This measure helps protect you and MC Telecoms for malicious treat.

How do I know that my suspended account has been reactivated?

You will get an email notification from MC Telecoms requesting that you verify your account data. Once this steps is completed, your account goes into active mode

Residential FAQs:

How does MC Telecoms Residential service Work?

MC Telecoms routes your phone calls using secure Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP). With VoIP, you do not require a traditional phone cable going into your homes but rather your voice packet travel via the internet. For the residential service, MC Telecoms requires the client to have a high speed internet service.

Can I use my internet service while I am using the phone?

Provided you have high speed internet service, you can use multiple devices; stream the web for life show, movie while making a call and you would still have the same voice quality.

Can keep my existing phone?

Yes you can keep your existing phone number with MC Telecoms. You simply need to complete a porting request which authorizes MC Telecoms to transfer your number to us. Please fill out the porting request form available on our home page to complete any porting request.

My calls are not clear when I make calls, what do I do?

We sincerely apologize for the lack of clarity that you are experiencing. In this case, unplug your MC Telecoms modem for 10 seconds and plug the AC adapter power back wait for the modem to boot up, if this does not resolve the issue, please call our toll free number or email techxpert@mctelecoms.com, our support experts are available to assist you promptly.

Pin-Less Dialing FAQs

How easy is it to use Pin- less dialing?

It is very easy to use our Pin-Less dialing, this feature is available to you when you either sign up on our website or at our vendor's location. Once an account is created for you, you have the option to add three unique numbers to your account using format 416900xxxx. By adding your mobile, home or a friend phone, all the unique numbers have access to dial using our Pin-Less feature

How does Pin-Less Dialing work?

This requires that you register your mobile, home, work or family members phone numbers on our system. Once this step has been completed, you simply follow the following steps below. 

  1. Place a call from the register phone number
  2. Call our access number local to you
  3. Enter your destination number
  4. Your have are now connected with your loved ones, family members, business partners etc.

With the Pin-Less dialing, you do not require a PIN to place your call. Simply pick up the phone, call your local number, enter your destination number and you are done.

 

Can I place a call from an unregistered phone?

Yes you can, but you will be prompted to enter your PIN because the phone number has not been registered on our system. To obtain your pin number, simply log into your account and you pin number is displayed on the login page

How do I restore my Pin-Less feature if it get deleted from the system?

You can login to your account through our website and click on the pin-less access tab to re-enter your telephone phone number, then click the add button to save the setting or you can call our support line and one of our representative will be happy to help you.

What is a Local Access Numbers?

A local access number is that number that is local to the area you are calling from.

Do I get charge for using an access number that is not local to my calling area?

We strongly advise you check your phone plan with your current phone provide before placing a call using an access number that is not local to your calling area. MC Telecoms will not be liable for such charges on your account

What Is HotDial Service?

HotDial service links your local access numbers to your international phone numbers. This turns all your international number to a local number and you do not need to enter a destination number to complete your call. This helps improve your calling experience. Simply call using your local access number, no pin required, no destination number required.

Payment FAQs:

How can I pay?

You can conveniently and securely make online payments using our third party payment gateway. Your credit card data is transferred to the payment processor directly using a secure security protocol for Internet payments - SSL, so the information remains confidential.

How secured is my online payment?

Your credit/debit card information is secured and all transaction data is transferred using the SSL secure protocol. All your registration information also remains confidential and are stored within our database. For security reasons your credit card information is not stored by our third party process gateway.

Do I get charge an access fee, monthly fee?

MC Telecoms does not charge an access or monthly fee.

What other options do I have if I don’t want to make an online payment?

Apart from online payments, we also accept Interact Money Transfer for Canadian residence, Bank Transfers/deposits and Wire Transfer for international clients

Can I view my call history?

Yes, by logging into your My MC Telecoms account, your call history can be access via the Usage History tab.

Is there a fee to cancel my plan?

No, there is absolutely no cancellation fees associated with any of our phone plan

Mobile App FAQs:

Can I make calls from anywhere in the world using my MC Telecoms mobile app for iPhone and android

Yes you can as long as you have wifi network present that the location

Can I buy MC Telecoms Mobile App phone plan for someone in another country?

Yes, you may buy MC Telecoms Mobile App phone plan for someone in another country provided they have a Smartphone that can support data plan from their cellular/wireless carrier

I keep getting an error message when I launch my mobile app?

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience that this may cause, In order to resolves this problem, we recommend that you close the current mobile app screen and after waiting for 5 seconds, re-launch the mobile app. If the problem persists, please email support at techxpert@mctelecoms.com or call our toll free number

Can I register for a phone plan through MC Telecoms Mobile App?

Yes, our client can register for a new phone plan through MC Telecom’s mobile app for iPhone and Android by simply downloading the mobile app from the Apple and Google play store and then following the four easy steps to registration

Can I recharge my account through MC Telecoms Mobile App?

Yes, both new and existing client can recharge their account through our mobile app

Can I send International Mobile Top-up through MC Telecoms Mobile App?
