The use of MC Telecom's website is an agreement to accept all terms and conditions stated herein on this website. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS WEBSITE if you do not accept all the terms and conditions stated herein (including section of the respective Internet, Residential VoIP services, Wholesale termination, IP PBX cloud service, Pre-paid Calling Card, Short Messaging Service (SMS)both and all other products offered) on this website.

 

Note, it is a federal and state offense to purchase or use any products or services for fraudulent means. Products and services purchased on this website shall not be used for any unlawful and illegal purpose. MC Telecoms does not give a full warranty that the service is completely free from interruption or error on our platforms nor does MC Telecoms give warranty on any connection to her services over the Internet.

 

MC Telecoms does not guarantee full quality of all calls placed and in no event will MC Telecoms be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising in any manner from the use of any products sold on this web site.

 

Please read the following additional conditions listed below with regards to MC Telecom's services.

  1. All additional charges incurred on phone bills as a result of long distance charges will be bored by the customers.
  2. An additional fee will apply for all calls using 1800 access numbers for every call placed.
  3. Call details provided by customer service on the usage of a post-paid and pre-paid phone service are final except correct deem fit by our agents
  4. All sales are final. No refund will be made on phone/calling cards. All card opened or scratched and pin numbers are exposed are non-refundable.
  5. Higher rates may apply for calls completed to international cellular phones depending on termination rate cost as at time call was placed.
  6. MC Telecoms will not be responsible for changes to calling rates, taxes, website/domain registration and other charges, rates may change any time without any notice.
  7. MC Telecoms does not guarantee call quality or connectivity, and will not be responsible or liable for reimbursement of lost minutes or reduction in the stored value of any post-paid, pre-paid account or calling card. Connection to a wrong number is a valid call.
  8. Calling cards have validity for 3month from first use. MC Telecoms will not be liable for any calling card that expires 3month after first connection
  9. Service outages extending over few hours to a couple of days may occur. MC Telecoms will not be liable for such outages, and customers shall have no right to any refund, credit, compensation or damages from MC Telecoms because of service outage or any other situation arising out of service outage for any of our product
  10. Some calls originating outside the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) may attract long distance charges.
  11. A connection fee may be applicable on certain Calling Plans, charges are per each time a call connects
  12. Monthly, bi-monthly, weekly or daily maintenance fees & taxes may apply on certain Calling Plans.
  13. Our residential service will become unavailable during power outage or when there is interruption of service to your internet service due to a service suspension or your internet provided is experiencing service issue.
  14. MC Telecoms is not liable for any related issue (s) when you E911 service is down during a power outage, service outage or your internet service become unavailable or your internet service is intermittent.
  15. MC Telecoms reserves the right to issue store (website) credit in lieu of credit on credit/debit card of the customer.
  16. There is a $ 2.00 fee to cancel a transaction before issue of pins. Transaction cannot be cancelled after issue of pins.
  17. Customers may contact MC Telecoms support team if customer has an issue, if support team was unable to address the problem within Terms and Conditions of sale on customercare@mctelecoms.com. Our support teams are available only through electronic mail on customercare@mctelecoms.com. MC Telecoms will not be liable for any credits, refunds, compensation or damages due to the down time.
  18. All traffic sales from our carrier department are final, we reserve to terminate wholesale sale of traffic that do not adhere to the laid down policies by MC Telecoms or follow rules and regulations of wholesale termination to other countries.
  19. All services offered by MC Telecoms are subjected to prices changes without due notification.
  20. Clients terminating there services with MC Telecoms are expected to send a termination notice to customercare@mctelecoms.com, outlining the specific termination date.

 

Bankruptcy by Carriers/Providers: MC Telecoms will not be liable or responsible to reimburse for loss of minutes or loss of value in post-paid, pre-paid phone plans, nor for website hosting down time if the carrier or service provider of the service offered by MC Telecoms declares bankruptcy.

 

Security Issues: This site has security measures (SSL) in place to protect the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under our control. MC Telecoms however shall not be responsible for the security of your data or for fraudulent use of credit card to make purchases on this web site nor shall MC Telecoms be obligated to make refunds or to provide any compensation where such fraudulent use occurs. MC Telecoms will actively cooperate with law enforcement authorities in prosecuting anyone who uses this web site or products/services sold over this web site for unlawful or illegal use.

 

No Refunds: MC Telecoms shall not be obligated to provide any refunds for unauthorized use or deficiency in the quality or availability of service by our providers. Buyer assumes all risks immediately upon purchase of the plan. Post-paid, pre-paid, calling plans once sold are non-refundable.

 

Severability of Provisions: In the event that any section or portion of this agreement is deemed unenforceable by a judicial authority having jurisdiction over the matter, such section or portion shall be deleted from the Agreement, and the Agreement shall be enforced as if that section or portion was not a part of the Agreement in the first instance.

 

Termination: At MC Telecoms, we have the right to immediately suspend or disconnect services if the customer does not conform with the service terms and conditions hereby laid down. The agreement may be terminated at any time if a customer default in paying their bills. In this case, the outstanding balance must be paid in full or the customer stands the risk of been referred to a collection agency for further collection action. You may choose to terminate your services with MC Telecoms at any time by contacting us and by making a full payment of all outstanding balance.
