We place a lot of emphasis on safe guarding your personal information and record which will include all call records and payment transactions. All transactions processed through our website either by registering for one of our products or making an online payment is kept confidential.

 

The account holder will have the right/authority to make changes to their account; a member of staff of MC Telecoms will not have the right to make any change (s) to any customer account unless they have a verbal or written permission of the account holder or are requested to do so by law enforcement agencies.

MC Telecoms have put in place different security measures such as two level windows authentication (LWA), SSL certificate, Geo Min-Fraud tracker to help protect our client personal and sensitive information. We also have our backend monitoring processes in place which include fraud detection module; and suspicious usage live monitoring system.

 

Payment Processing

Payments are processed on our website through a highly secured 3rd party payment gateway – Bambora (Worldline). Also, MC Telecoms has integrated a fraud detection application (Min-Fraud) which runs concurrently between our third payment gateway and our ecommerce store. This provides an extra layer of protection of our client personal data.
